inIndustrial Inspection And Non-Destructive Testing

We specialise in challenging projects and pride ourselves in our ability to innovate and engineer solutions to the most Industrial inspection, non-destructive testing and non-destructive evaluation activities from the subsea to the land and aerospace industry.

All our personnel shall be selected shall be SNT-TC-1A by an ASNT level III or equivalent to perform various methods of NDT in line with major classification society and client requirements in line with applicable ISO standards

We supply a wide range of inspection services, on Destructive Testing /Examination, Quality Control services to the Energy, and construction sector

NON DESTRUCTIVE TESTING

Wall thickness measurement (WT)
This technique is used to obtain thicknesses of various types of steel from the original to determine the remaining thickness of steel due to corrosion and other factors which can lead to loss of strength
Non-destructive Testing NDT

Magnetic Particle inspection (MPI)
This method is suitable for the detection of surface and near surface discontinuities in magnetic materials, mainly ferritic steel and iron.

Dye Penetrant (PT)
This method is frequently used for the detection of surface breaking flaws in non-ferromagnetic materials.

UT Flaw Detection (UT)
This technique is used for the detection of internal and surface (particularly distant surface) defects in sound conducting materials.

EDDY CURRENT INSPECTION (EC)

The main applications of the eddy current technique are for the detection of surface or subsurface flaws, conductivity measurement and coating thickness measurements.

Radiographic testing (X-Ray and Gamma Ray)
This technique is suitable for the detection of internal defects in ferrous and non-ferrous metals and other materials.
